Automate Draconic Fusion with Refined Storage? :

I am curious if anybody has a decent setup to automate Draconic Evolution Fusion Crafting with the latest Refined Storage. The approach I had found online which worked well used Blocking in the patterns from RS. But that feature has been removed. So.. I am struggling to figure out how to make it possibly work.

Unless you use a mod that explicitly puts out that much energy in one shot, it takes a long time EVEN WITH CREATIVE MEANS. Seriously, even the Creative RF Generator from DE only puts out 2.14 Billion RF/tick and having a bunch of those doesn''t even put a dent in the energy ball.
